No. You are not required to register separately for the Aachen Reinforced! Symposium 2024.

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Absolutely!

I just want to attend one session. Can I attend without registering for the conference?

Unfortunately, this is not possible.

How can I receive a list of participants in advance of the conference?

A list of participants will be sent to all attendees a few days ahead of the symposium.

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa.

Can I change the name on the registration?

It is possible to change the name on your registration. Please contact us.

Can I get a certificate of attendance?

We can issue a certificate of attendance. Please contact us.

Are the abstract and presentations published after the symposium?

All abstracts will be published in a book of proceedings which is available for the public. The presentations will be made available to all attendees as PDF files after the symposium. However, you have the option to opt out of the publication of your presentation.

What is the allotted time for each presentation?

Each presentation should last 20 minutes + 5 minutes for question.

Is there a PowerPoint template I should be using?

You can use any template you wish. We recommend a 16:9 aspect ratio, however other aspect ratios can also be accommodated for.

How can I submit an abstract for a presentation?
  1. Please write your abstract in the given abstract template only (Download it here)
  2. Follow the instructions inside the template
  3. Send the finished abstract to the email address given in the template
